Who We Have to Chose From

The choices for our Local Governmental Offices as well as State and Federal have been lacking in character as of late. We get to vote for people who are shady, underhanded narcasists who are either bias or incompitent. Niether being a good quality for representation of constituants. The problem in our system today is no one runs on a substantiated platform, answering real TOUGH questions and not these unimportant ones that no one really cares about. On top of that the answers given are ambibuous and unclear at best. The reason why the Freedom of Information Law was created was to make government open and transparent to the people. Remeber those words, "No taxation without representation" ? However, most government agencies will deny your FOIL request outlining security issues or some other bs reason. If I file an IA complaint to the state police, what privacy am I needing accomodated from myself or my attorney? Yet IA states that for privacy the results may not be given. What Idiocy is this. If a person has the right to see how many times a Dr. has been sued for malpractice they sure should be granted to the State troopers as well. All persons should be granted equal rights and protections under the law, all persons. Our government is supposed to help us its citizens and represent us, what form of representation must happen in secracy from the public?
